Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of EggMatic at app.eggmatic.net, a private workspace for managing ad creatives, ad copy and client approvals. By signing in, or by using a review link, you agree to them.
1. The service
EggMatic lets a team upload and organise creatives and ad copy, review them internally, send them to clients through private review links, and track them until they go live. Some features connect to other services (Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, Meta Ads) when an administrator sets them up.
2. Accounts and access
- Only people an administrator invites can sign in. Sign-in uses your Google account.
- Keep your Google account secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
- Administrators decide who has access and what each person can do, and can remove access at any time.
3. Client review links
Anyone who has a review link can open it without signing in, so treat it like a password. Share it only with the people who should review the work. Teams can give a link an end date and see when it was opened. Reviewers may only use a link to review the work that was sent to them.
4. Your content
- You, or the organisation you work for, own the creatives, copy, comments and other content you add. We don’t claim ownership of it.
- You give us permission to store, copy, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you. For example: making previews, naming files, sending them to your reviewers, and keeping backups.
- You confirm you have the rights to upload the content and to share it with the reviewers you send it to.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use EggMatic to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- upload malware, or anything meant to harm people, devices or the service;
- try to get into accounts, data or parts of the system you haven’t been given access to, or test its security without permission;
- overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or scrape it with automated tools;
- share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules, or that puts the service or other people at risk.
6. Other services
Features that connect to Google, Slack, Meta or an email provider also follow those companies’ own terms. We aren’t responsible for how those services work or for their availability.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how, including data received from Google APIs.
8. Availability and backups
We work to keep EggMatic available and its data safe, and we back up the database regularly. Even so, the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. Keep your own copies of anything important.
9. Ending access
An administrator can remove your access at any time, and you can stop using EggMatic at any time. Sections 4, 10 and 11 continue to apply after access ends.
10. Disclaimer
EggMatic is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including about the service being uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, that come from using or being unable to use EggMatic. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell team members in the app before they take effect. If you keep using EggMatic after that, the new terms apply.
